How Can severe Inner Elbow Pain Be Treated?
I think I might have golfer elbow on my left arm. My inner elbow is slightly hurt. It might be caused by over use it since I have tennis elbow on my right arm at the moment . So I compensate by using my left arm. What should I do to not further stress?

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
